HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
Send me an email with your name, address and phone number.
The product number (the four-digit number at the start of the line) with the quantity you want.
I will email you back an itemized order acknowledgement.
If you are happy with the acknowledgement let me know by email.
Payment must be made before delivery.

Payment details will be on the order acknowledgement.
I will make arrangements to deliver the products at the earliest and inform you on a delivery date.

£5.00 for orders under £50 ex VAT
£3.00 for orders under £100 ex VAT
Free delivery over £100 ex VAT
Discounts
Orders over £150 ex VAT receive a 10% discount.
No other discounts are available as prices are at a very competitive level.
Delivery
I aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days from receipt of order providing your items are in stock and payment has been made.
Title
Goods remain the property of Mother Hubbard’s until the relevant sales invoice has been paid in full.
Claims
Damaged goods or shortages must be notified to Mother Hubbard’s within 48 hours of receipt.
