HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER

Send me an email with your name, address and phone number.

The product number (the four-digit number at the start of the line) with the quantity you want.

I will email you back an itemized order acknowledgement.

If you are happy with the acknowledgement let me know by email.

Payment must be made before delivery.

Delivery

I aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days from receipt of order providing your items are in stock and payment has been made.

Goods remain the property of Mother Hubbard’s until the relevant sales invoice has been paid in full.

Claims

Damaged goods or shortages must be notified to Mother Hubbard’s within 48 hours of receipt.
